sorry but i can't seem to find it...i could have sworn there was a colloctors thread going here that was attempting to compile all the information regarding who offers what, and where.

Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

(i'm trying to determine where i can get the best monk armor...level 20...not through ascension yet)
